كيف استبدل أو استرجع منتج طلبته من هدية سعودية ؟
هدية سعودية هو سوق إلكتروني مكون من بائعين مستقلين يديرون متاجرهم الإلكترونية بشكل مستقل وهدفنا الأول هو رضا ومصلحة العميل وحفظ حقوقه ضمن الضوابط والأحكام المقدمة من وزارة التجارة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
و يجب التنويه على أن لكل بائع في سوق هدية سعودية مسؤول عن سياساته الخاصة في الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال والتي قد تختلف من متجر إلى آخر حسب طبيعة المنتجات المباعة فيه.
لا يُستلزم على البائعين قبول عمليات الإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو رد الأموال ما لم ينص على ذلك في سياسة المتجر الخاص به.
يمكنكم (استبدال / ارجاع ) المنتجات في حال لم تعجبكم او لم تلبي طموحكم خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الشراء وذلك فقط داخل المملكة العربية السعودية ولا يمكن اجراء أي تبديل او ارجاع لاي طلبية تم شحنها خارج المملكة .
يتم ابلاغنا عن رغبتكم في إلغاء الطـلب من خلال التواصل على واتساب المتجر المثبت على الصفحة الرئيسية خلال ساعة من اجراء الطلب واخبارنا مباشرة برغبته في الغاء الطلب لتجنيبنا خسائر تحضير وتغليف الطلب.
لسنا مسؤولين عن عدم وصول طلبكم في حال تسجيل رقم خاطئ داخل الطلب
جميع المتاجر تمتثل لتوجيهات وزارة التجارة السعودية بالاتفاق على حقوق المستهلك والتي تلزم جميع المتاجر على:
إمكانية الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع إذا ثبت أن المنتج أو السلعة مغشوشة أو معيبة أو تالفة.
في حالة عدم مطابقة البيانات التجارية للحقيقة، حيث أن هنالك اختلاف بين ما ذكر من خصائص المنتج قبل الشراء.
متجر هدية سعودية يحدد فترة زمنية مدتها 5 أيام للاستبدال و3 أيام للاسترجاع ولا يحق للمستهلك الاستفادة من سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع بعد انقضاء المدة المحددة طبقا لقانون وزارة التجارة والاستثمار الذي ينص على:
” – استبدال أو استرجاع السلع والبضائع والآلات في الفترة الزمنية المحددة لذلك من قبل المنشآت التجارية.(المنتج المستورد الموزَّع من قبل البائع)، وذلك اعتبارًا من تاريخ تسليم السلعة.
استبدال أو استرجاع السلعة التي يشتريها في فترة التخفيضات التجارية إذا كان للمتجر سياسة تُجيز ذلك.”
ويشترط في الاستبدال والاسترجاع الآتي :
أن تكون السلعة في حالتها الأصلية التي تم تسليمها له ولم تتعرض إلى أي ضرر وخالية من الكسر العيوب وغير مستعملة نهائيا .
أن تكون السلعة مطابقة تماماً للسلعة التي تم بيعها له ولم يتم التلاعب بها أو تغييرها.
إرسال فاتورة الشراء مرفقة مع طلب الاسترجاع.
يتحمل العميل تكلفة إرجاع المنتجات من خلال شركة شحن يتفق عليها كلًا من الطرفين.
إذا تم إلغاء الطلب بعد شحنه من شركة الشحن، فإن العميل يتحمل دفع تكاليف الشحن بالإضافة إلى رسوم الارجاع (إن وجدت).
قد يتم خصم رسوم الدفع الإلكتروني عند إلغاء الطلب.
ماهي المنتجات التي لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها؟
الهدايا او الطلبات الخاصة .
-الأغذية والمأكولات “منتجات التمور”.
في حال واجهتك أحد الحالات السابقة ولم يتواصل معك البائع؛ فيمكنك رفع شكوى وسيتمكن فريق هدية سعودية من المساعدة.
