How do I exchange or return a product I ordered from a Saudi gift?

A Saudi gift store sets a time period of 5 days for exchange and 3 days for return and the consumer is not entitled to benefit from the exchange and return policy after the expiration of the specified period according to the Ministry of Commerce and Investment Law, which states:

Replacement and return are subject to the following conditions:
