How do I exchange or return a product I ordered from a Saudi gift?

  • Saudi Gift is an online marketplace made up of independent sellers who manage their online stores independently and our first goal is the satisfaction and interest of the customer and preserving his rights within the controls and provisions provided by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    It should be noted that each seller in Saudi Gift Souq is responsible for its own return or exchange policies, which may vary from store to store depending on the nature of the products sold.

Sellers are not required to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless stated in their store policy.
You can (exchange / return) the products if you do not like them or do not meet your ambition within 3 days from the date of purchase, and this is only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and no exchange or return can be made for any order shipped outside the Kingdom.
You must inform us of your desire to cancel the order by contacting the store’s WhatsApp account on the homepage within an hour of placing the order and tell us directly about your desire to cancel the order to spare us the losses of preparing and packaging the order.
We are not responsible for not receiving your order if you enter the wrong number within the order.
All stores comply with the directives of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce to agree on consumer rights, which obliges all stores to:
The possibility of exchange or return if the product or commodity is proven to be adulterated, defective or damaged.
In the event that the commercial data does not match the truth, as there is a difference between the stated characteristics of the product before purchase.

  • Saudi Gift Shop sets a time period of 5 days for exchange and 3 days for return, and the consumer is not entitled to benefit from the exchange and return policy after the expiration of the specified period according to the Ministry of Commerce and Investment law, which states:
    ” – Replacement or return of goods, merchandise and machinery within the time period specified for that by commercial establishments. (Imported product distributed by the seller), starting from the date of delivery of the item.
  • Exchange or return an item purchased during a sale if the store has a policy that allows it.”

Substitution and redemption are subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition as it was delivered to him, without any damage, free from breakage and defects, and completely unused.
  • The item must be exactly the same as the item that was sold to him and has not been tampered with or altered.
  • Send the purchase invoice along with the return request.
  • The Customer shall bear the cost of returning the Products through a mutually agreed upon shipping company.
  • If the order is canceled after it has been shipped from the shipping company, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs plus return fees (if applicable).
  • Online payment fees may be deducted when the order is canceled.
